U-InTouch for Physicians enables doctor-patient consultation on-the-go. The technology includes remote monitoring devices, medical alert systems and communication systems that allows for audio and video conferences. In addition, physicians can review patient symptoms, verify patient insurance eligibility, collect credit card payment, e-prescribe, order diagnostics and therapies, and access patient reports, all while in the call with the patient. At the end of the call, U-InTouch automatically produces transcribed report of the call to the physician.
U-InTouch allows Patients to create, store and share medical records, and communicate with their physicians and care givers, anytime and from anywhere.
U-InTouch offers SNFs, LTACs, and ALFs a powerful telehealth and teleconferencing tool to connect and collaborate with staff, service providers, physicians, and resident’s families. It simplifies ePrescription, ordering medical services, accessing reports, triaging patients, and, creating and sending patient medical data to Electronic Health Records.

Communication Kit
U-InTouch Communication Kit includes UMEDEX Cloud-phone service with call, text, video conferencing and medical alert system integrated into a single platform. The kit also includes collaboration tools.
My Universe Kit
U-InTouch My Universe Kit provides directions, routes, tracking and following (based on authorization) contacts. It also allows for logging personal and business miles.
Interface Kit
U-InTouch Interface kit provides connectivity to blue-tooth and iOT devices like blood pressure, pulse oximeter and weight scales, and iOT devices like GPS and Fall Detection alert system. It also allow users to create and export documents to Electronic Health Record (EHR), create and export Medical Images to PACS, and connects to over 4000 Insurances nationwide allowing for instant patient eligibility verification from mobile devices.
My Order Kit
U-InTouch My Order Kit for diagnostic and medical service provider gives complete mobility in performing their day-to-day tasks of creating and processing diagnostic orders, uploading paperwork, creating and exporting DICOM images, performing patient eligibility checks, creating and exporting HL7 objects, faxing and emailing reports, tracking and assigning jobs and staff using live map, and provides all forms of communication and collaboration tools necessary to connect with facilities and staff to conduct their healthcare business.
Service Kit
U-InTouch Services Kit allows everyone in the system to issue service tickets, get serviced and track a ticket to completion with alerts at every stage of progress.
Personal Health Kit
U-InTouch Personal Health kit allows patient to create, store and share medical data with their team of doctors and caregivers. The kit comes with an array of monitoring devices that allows patient to upload their vitals, and other medical data, and tools to manage documents, medical images and health reports.
